 Alhamdulillah through the Grace of the Almighty Allah and the sadqah of our "Buzroogaan-ud-deen" Saaberie Chishty Youth Society has been approved as a PUBLIC BENEFIT ORGANISATION (PBO) Registration No:930020641 in terms of section 30 of the income tax act, and the receipts and accruals are exempt from income tax in terms of section 10 (1) cN) of the act.

Donations made by or to Saaberie Chishty Society Youth Society are exempt from donation tax in terms of section 56 (1) (h) of the Act.

NB! Donations made to Saaberie Chishty Youth Society is tax deductable in the hands of the donor in terms of section 18a of the act subject to a limit of 5% of taxable income in respect of companies.

Any bequest or accruals from the estates of the deceased persons in favour of Saaberie Chishty Youth Society are exempt from the payment of estate duty in terms of section 4 (h) of the Estate Duty Act, 45 of 1955.
