another power packed Mehfil-e-Naat
programme was held at the Saaberie Chishty
Masjid in Extension. 6 Lenasia,
Johannesburg, South Africa on Monday 7th
May 2007 after Esha Salaah. The programme was
well attended by many, old and young alike.
Separate accommodation for ladies is always
available at the Saaberie Chishty Masjid, this
programme was no exception. It is good to have
our mothers and sisters attending such
programmes, which we pray and hope that Insha-Allah
through such gatherings our Love for our Master
Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (sal lal laa hu alay hi
wa sallam) may increase.
Qari Sayed Furqaan
Qader is from Pakistan, an internationally
acclaimed Naat reciter who appears regularly on
Pakistan T.V. as well as QTV. Qari Sayed
Furqaan's style or recital is rather very much
enjoyed and appreciated by our younger brothers
and sisters as he demands audience
participation, which was over whelmed received
from the audience at the Saaberie Chishty
Masjid.
After reciting for
Naat Shareef for almost two consecutive hours,
Qari Saheb then rendered beautiful Manqabats in
praise of Hazrat Imam Hoosain (R.A,), Hazrat
Shaikh Sayed Abdul Qadir Jilani and also on
Hazrat Khwaja Gharib Nawaaz (R.A) before he
concluded the programme with Salaat-o-Salaam and
Duaa.
