Reason for Establishment:

To distribute Qurbani meat and donations to poverty stricken area’s in Gauteng. The monies received are used for the madressa and to up keep the Masjid.

Source of Funding:

Funds are derived from the selling of goats and sheep for the primary purpose of Qurbani.

Summary

During the period of Qurbani a small section is closed off in where people have the option of performing their Qurbani. The society provides skinners and butchers during the day of Qurbani so that Qurbani can be made easy without inconvenience.

OPERATION QURBANI MALAWI

Malawi 

Reason for Establishment:

To provide a source of sustenance by performing Qurbani in poverty stricken areas of Malawi so that the underprivileged may benefit.

Source of Funding:

Funds are derived from the selling of goats and sheep for the primary purpose of Qurbani as well as Qurbani donations from South Africa.

Summary

The monies collected from the Qurbani operation is then utilized for the maintenance and general up keep of the Masjid. Donations from South Africa are calculated in buying shares in a cow.
